               UNDERSTANDING HOW OUR SLIMMING PROGRAM & PRODUCTS WORK

  Above you will have viewed some of our product range and Quite simply, the first aim is to get you into a simple routine of three meals a day, even if you are pushed for time. most people run out of the door first thing without anything to eat and grab the first thing they see, this is not the way to get the day off to a good start.

  Take down your calorific intake

- pushing your stomach lining until it grips tight is uncomfortable and usually results in over eating, you will soon come to realise how many mouthfuls you need to feel satisfied, you"ll look forward to your evening meal as you will have had time to plan it out and ensure that it is full of flavour, when you have enjoyed your meal most people do not want to spoil the taste and do not need to go in search of something else to satisfy the palate, plus we'll  increase your intake of vitamins, protein and fibre, this is where the vitamin complex comes in as these will ensure you have your vitamin intake throughout the whole day. 

 Breakfast & Lunch

We replace your two smallest meals of the day  for example: breakfast & lunch.,                                                                       With either a Formula 1 shake/smoothie or using the Formula 1 bar.  If you know that it may be more than 4 hours before your next shake or meal , or a really strenuous day, we add in the extra protein.    You  will then  eat your evening meal or lunch with the family or even dine out., you will also take the Fibrebond just prior to eating to catch the fats out of your meal,    Will you feel hungry? Water Intake

Your water intake is key, being dehydrated is no good for the brain let alone your body, per day you need to drink 8 glasses (2 litres) of water, ( or 16 half tumblers).   You're awake for an average of 16 hours, this is only one half of a glass per hour. Throwing your water intake down in one go simply put your bladder in distress, you'll be running to the loo within a very very short time!! Your body needs to absorb the water for normal bodily functions including regulating your temperature, the disposal of waste and toxins  via your kidneys and liver, it's also good for your skin.  So make a start today, 8 glasses is around 2 litres, if you're at work chances are the little plastic cups will hold around 125 ml.

Drinking Coffee

Drinking lots of coffee, tends to slow your body down by clogging the system making it less effective, it has no cleansing properties, so please stop drinking lots of coffee.  Start to decrease until you are only having one cup per day, the herbal tea is fantastic for helping you stay alert and increasing your energy.
